Marvelling at tiny contours

This curly little succulent, reminiscent of Vienetta ice cream, is known as a Trachyandra tortilis and is native to South Africa. The 'tortilis' comes from the latin for twist, or contort, so it's evident to see where the plant got it's name! Some specimens can creep up to 25 cm high…
